District Collecting "Bags of Hope" for GRACE; Due Wednesday

Do You Have Reusable Shopping Bags? We're Collecting Them for GRACE!

Did you know that GRACE uses 1,200 bags A WEEK to deliver food to people around Summit? That's a LOT of bags!

The Summit Green Schools Committee will be collecting bags throughout the month of November to donate to GRACE. Don't throw away your extra bags -- bring them to the school and we'll deliver them to GRACE! There will be bins at the school all month long.

Our talented SHS students will take on an unforgettable journey into the Forest of Arden, where exiled nobles and disguised lovers find freedom, laughter, and love. Here the web of characters play out their parts in a world where identity is fluid, love triumphs over tyranny, and wit reigns supreme. With its timeless themes of self-discovery and love, Shakespeare’s enduring play delights in the joy of humorous banter, happy endings, and the redemptive power of nature and forgiveness.

There will be three performances:
Thursday, Nov. 13th, at 7PM
Friday, Nov 14th at 7PM
Saturday, Nov 15th at 7PM

Buy Or Donate Pies for Thanksgiving, and Help Support Summit 8th Grade DC Trip

Don't want to bake this Thanksgiving? Or, do you want to donate a pie to GRACE's Thanksgiving pie collection? Then consider purchasing a pie from Griggstown Farm! The middle school is selling pies to raise funds for the 8th grade Washington, D.C. trip, and they've also partnered with GRACE to donate pies for Thanksgiving.

PLEASE NOTE: All purchases (with the exception of donated pies) MUST be picked up at the middle school.Orders are due by Nov. 10, and pies will be delivered to the school Nov. 24.
